A revocable living trust is a popular estate planning tool that you can use to determine who will get your property when you die. Most living trusts are “revocable” because you can change them as your circumstances or wishes change. Revocable living trusts are “living” because you make them during your lifetime
A certification of trust to prove to a bank or other institution that your trust exists
A Last Will and Testament or(Pour-Over Will) is a Safety-Net to "pour" assets outside of your trust into your trust document. Some assets could go through PROBATE first before going into the trust, so it is important that we transfer your assets into your trust properly.
The Health Care Power of Attorney is a document in which you designate someone to be your Agent, in the event you are unable to make or communicate decisions about all aspects of your health care.
The durable financial Power of Attorney is simply a way to allow someone else to manage your finances in the event that you become incapacitated and are unable to make those decisions yourself.
